myofascial work with joint mobilization and nervous-system focused techniques to unlock stuck areas
and restore fluid, powerful motion.

Performance focus
Mobility & Performance Tune-Up
60 minutes • $95
Ideal for rehearsals, show runs, heavy training phases and active adults who want to stay ahead of
injuries. We’ll dial in one or two priority regions — hips, shoulders, spine, ankles — and reinforce
the new range with strength.
- Targeted regional assessment (hip, shoulder, spine or ankle)
- Hands-on work + mobility drills for that region
- Strength or control exercises to lock in gains

Training hybrid
Shift & Strengthen Session
90 minutes • $150
A hybrid of bodywork and personal training. We’ll free up restricted patterns, then immediately
build strength and control in those new ranges so your shifts actually stick — on stage, in the gym
or in everyday life.
- Movement screen and goal-setting
- Hands-on work to open specific joints and tissues
- Coached strength and movement training to integrate changes
